General Consultation
The General Consultation focuses on your current health concerns and the aspects of your daily life that may be relevant to them. We discuss your symptoms, diet, sleep, physical activity, stress and everyday habits.
Based on what we discuss, we define individual recommendations and possible adjustments to your daily routines. When appropriate, I can also provide general guidance on the use of medicinal plants.
The General Consultation can be booked on its own and is included as part of Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine consultations.

Acupuncture
Each acupuncture treatment is tailored to your individual needs. The session begins with the General Consultation, where we discuss your symptoms, medical history and habits to determine the most appropriate treatment.
I then carry out the acupuncture treatment, selecting the points according to your individual needs. I usually use two treatment sequences within the same session, with different combinations of acupuncture points.

Herbal Medicine
Each herbal medicine consultation is tailored to your individual needs. The session begins with the General Consultation, where we discuss your symptoms, medical history, habits and other relevant factors.
Based on what we discuss, I select the most appropriate medicinal plants and create an individual herbal prescription. The prescription is then prepared by a specialised pharmacy.

Acupuncture + Herbal Medicine
This consultation combines both treatments in one session. We begin with the General Consultation, where we discuss your symptoms, medical history and habits to determine an individual approach.
Based on this, I carry out the acupuncture treatment and select the most appropriate medicinal plants to create an individual herbal prescription. The prescription is then prepared by a specialised pharmacy.

Available within 8 weeks of your consultation. Includes a review and, if needed, preparation of a new herbal prescription.

Consultations are by appointment. To book, please email me. If you prefer to speak by phone, you can send me your number and I will call you back shortly.
Cancellations
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged in full.
Confidentiality
All information shared during the consultation is treated confidentially.
Reduced Fee
I offer a reduced fee for people who are experiencing financial difficulty and genuinely need it. You are welcome to write to me briefly about your situation. I consider each request individually, depending on my availability and what I am able to offer.
